GRAIN D’ORGE WALL LIGHTS

The result of a collaborative research project where geoglass meets stone, Grain d’orge (Barley Grain) is a work exploring primary resources and sediments, presented as a collection of side tables and lighting fixtures.
The collection features bases made of Anjou limestone, sculpted from a single block by Frédéric Saulou and then marked by the use of a “barley grain” tool, developing various sculpted patterns on the surface. This sculptural approach captures the material’s inherent vibration through gesture and tool.
