Sandwiched between two components, the light source is projected onto the concave backing. The light follows the gentle bowl of the dish and is directed outward, reflecting a warm glow of light onto the opposing surface.  The blackened bronze mounting element is sand cast and rumbled to a polished finish, in Sydney Australia.  Sculptural both in use and when switched off. The weight of the light requires a strong mounting location. Designed by Henry Wilson.
