TALISMAN

Margaux Leycuras (ASH Design) created a small collection of unique pieces inspired by the treasures found on the beach after a storm. Her interpretation turns them into ceramic, bronze, and raw sapphires transforming those elements into jewels.  TALISMAN is a collection of 11 unique light sculptures, which create a dialog between the rawness of Ceramic and the language of sand casted Bronze, revealing the natural treasure of Sapphire.

Margaux appreciates the beauty of imperfection and impermanence in a quest for understated elegance. These inspirations translate into an aesthetic characterized by organic, natural and minimalist forms, revealed by materials and light.

Margaux lives and works between Bordeaux, France and California. Her practice is a search for balance between form and function.
